Jerod Hendrickson was born in San Francisco and raised in the Bay Area. A graduate of U. C Berkeley, San Francisco State University and Golden Gate University Law School, Jerod has practiced law for over fifteen years.
He works directly with clients to determine their legal problem and to tailor a strategy to efficiently achieve their goals. Jerod enjoys working with people and helping them to resolve their difficulties. However, he understands that each legal conflict is unique and requires an ability to intuit what the client needs and also to anticipate what needs to be done to realize the client’s goal.
Jerod is well versed in landlord/tenant law and evictions, especially in San Francisco with its highly restrictive and technical Rent Ordinance. He also counsels and represents small property owners on other real estate problems and issues.
